I hold a Master's in Counseling, with a Transpersonal Orientation, as well as a Master's in International Management. I am a Certified Life Coach, an Ordained Minister, a Certified Inner Bonding Facilitator and a former Licensed Psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience.
I have deeply studied, practiced and integrated many spiritual paths and technologies including: A Course in Miracles, Ho'oponopono, the Law of One (Ra material), Law of Attraction (Abraham-Hicks), Bashar's "The Formula" for manifesting your reality, Zen Buddhism, Centering Prayer, Hara practice (Karlfried Graf Durckheim) and many others.
I greatly value embodied presence and hold a second degree black belt in the peaceful martial art of Aikido which has informed my lived spiritual practice as well as my work with clients.
